TERMS AND POLICIES

A $750 deposit is required for a confirmed reservation. Full payment is expected 90 days prior to the guest's arrival. Rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice until the deposit has been received and reservations are confirmed.

Any cancellation 90 days or more prior to arrival will be accepted and a full refund of all deposits will be made. Any cancellation within 30 days of the guest arrival will be subject to no refund whatsoever if the space cannot be resold. However, every effort will be made to resell the space in order to enable a refund for you.

We accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD and MASTERCARD via PAYPAL. We also accept company and personal checks into our bank account, but the amount of the check must be fully cleared through our account before reservation is confirmed. On all cancellations on amount paid by credit card, we reserve the right to withhold 5% of the amount to cover credit card charges.

Should a guest wish to cancel a reservation and transfer the booking to another date, we will make every effort to do this without incurring a cancellation charge, but this will be subject to availability.
